Ovari Shore Temple: (32 kms.) An ancient coastal village which was once a reputed port in the early Pandyan kingdom. It has also a temple dedicated to Shiva on the sea shore which adds to its beauty. The temple is constructed in the traditional indigenous style of architecture entirely of granite and brick.
